Daphne: Daphne is a dietitian who loves to talk all things nutrition. She can often be found reporting out from her "Nutrition Tips" news segment but she enjoys traveling, so you never know where you'll run into her!

Coach Coleman: Coach is our Certified Exercise Physiologist. If he's not out strolling the field you'll generally find him watching game footage in the locker room. Don't let his laid-back demeanor fool you though, he's full of great information! Coach is his name and fitness is his game.

Amelia: Amelia is the MyCare Journey's motivational guru. She'll be helping you to stay motivated along your health and wellness journey and she uses a touch of magic to keep things interesting along the way. You'll often run into her walking the parks of London.
Tips and Tricks for Your Journey

It's strongly encouraged that you stay up to date with the MyCare Journey. Therefore, we suggest checking your emails every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Setting reminders on your phone can be helpful!

Open the content when you have a few minutes to devote to learning. On average, each module should take 3-5 minutes to review.

Write down questions you want to ask your Care Coordinator on your next call, or topics you'd like to discuss further.

Watch the videos with a friend or family member if you think they'd enjoy learning with you!

You can play each weekly game more than once. If you get a few answers wrong the first time, try again to see if you can beat your score!
